Shipping policy

Please note, that once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Standard UK delivery by Royal Mail, Evri or DPD within 3-5 business days is £5.95
International shipping by DHL, DPD, and FedEx within 7-10 business days is a flat rate of £25.00
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service and costs.
We make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, there may be occasions when we are out of stock on certain items and this may be beyond our control.
On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your delivery, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order and notify you via email that your order has been changed and or cancelled. 
We will send an order confirmation email once we have finished processing your order. Our delivery partners do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or on postal holidays.

Please contact the shipping company with your tracking number to dispute this. We are unable to raise claims, replace orders or investigate this if the shipping company state your order is delivered. This must be taken up directly with the shipping company.
