WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit, debit, Klarna, and Clear pay.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow two business days for the order to be packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Upon disbatchment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to three business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is dispatched.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally by our delivery partners; DHL, DPD, FedEx within 7-10 business days from the date your order is dispatched and is a flat rate of £25.00.
Please note, that once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled or amended.
HOW LONG DOES UK SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard UK delivery by Royal Mail within 3-5 business days is £5.95

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your delivery address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as TRIBE is not responsible for any mistakes. Thank you.
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
All sales are final however if there is an issue with your item please contact us HERE and we can assist you further.
TRIBE reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
Items marked as Sale or Outlet are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Delivery charges/Shipping fees, taxes, and duties as calculated on the original order will not be refunded.
CAN YOU HELP IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
We apologise If your item is faulty upon receipt, please contact us via our online form and we will be in contact with you and happily assist you further.

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS WITHIN TRIBE RITUAL CLEAN?
Yes, our products are clean, cruelty-free, vegan, and formulated without SLS & Sulfates.
ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS WITHIN THE RITUAL COLLECTION FREE FROM FRAGRANCE, AND WHAT DO THEY SMELL LIKE?
All of the products within the Ritual Collection are fragrance free and smell of natural ingredients.

Our products are made and formulated in the UK.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY TOOLS?
Dust away debris on your tools with our Clean Tool Brush, then wash in warm water with a small amount of Clean Tool Soap. Rinse well, and thoroughly dry. Use the Clean Microfibre Dry Cloth to thoroughly dry.
Next Spray with the Clean Antiviral Disinfectant Spray, and leave them to air dry.
Our Clean products leave a protective layer to inhibit bacteria, so there is no need to wipe your tools dry after you spray, let them air dry.
The Clean range is perfect for using in-between clients, - use the spray on your work surface, files, and buffers, as well as your tools. Both our Antiviral Spray and Tool Soap are refillable, with a 500ml Tool Soap pouch and a 25ml dilutable concentrate that you can pop into your forever spray bottle and top with water.
